Information for AOL Users
Some users have reported problems with accessing the coupons. If
you are using AOL, and see a message which indicates "an error in
the script" has occurred, please follow the directions provided below
to work around this issue.
- When you receive the error message, it will ask you if you want to
debug the script. Select "No".
- Minimize AOL by clicking on the "-" in the upper-right hand
corner of the AOL window.
- Locate and launch either a Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape
Navigator browser. If you do not see either icon on your desktop,
locate the browser using "My Computer":
- Right click on the "Start" button, located on the bottom-left
hand side of your computer desktop.
- Select "Find..."
- In the "Named" field, type either "Internet Explorer"
or "Netscape Navigator"
- In the "Look in" field, specify the "C:" drive
by clicking on the drop down list box
- Click the button labeled "Find Now"
- The search will display a list of icons matching your search criteria.
- From the browser window you just launched, type: www.townplannerstl.com/savings/
- You should be able to select coupons for printing.
